Can you review work or reports done by someone else?
Yes. We can review an existing assessment, report or proposed approach and give you an independent view on whether it is suitable and proportionate.
Do you provide fire strategies?
We can advise on fire strategy matters for many buildings and projects. For highly complex or engineered cases we will tell you honestly if specialist fire engineering input is needed and help you scope it.
Do you carry out the remedial work?
No. We advise independently and can recommend competent contractors for any work identified.
